These terms explain how ordering from Hulagpos PH works. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
Browse an item, pick your colour and size, and tap Mine This. Messenger opens with your item's code pre-typed; tapping Send reserves the item and creates your invoice automatically through Page365. Mine This reserves the item — it is not a confirmed sale until your invoice is issued.
Prices, availability and your invoice
All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Stocks move fast during lives, so availability and your shipping fee are only final once your Page365 invoice confirms them. If an item sells out before your invoice is confirmed, we'll let you know and cancel the reservation.
First-time buyers
First-time buyers are quickly checked by our staff before the invoice is confirmed. This helps us keep reservations fair for everyone during lives.
Payment methods
We accept bank transfer and e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya). Payment details are in your official Hulagpos invoice. Only pay to the accounts listed there; we will never ask you to pay a personal account through a different chat.
