Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your order ships and what happens if something's not right. Your final shipping fee and total are always confirmed in your Page365 invoice before you pay.
Shipping fees
Shipping starts at ₱105 nationwide. The exact fee depends on your location and parcel size, and it's shown in your Page365 invoice before you pay.
Courier
We ship via J&T Express.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days of a confirmed invoice. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days within Metro Manila and 3–7 days for provincial addresses. Times are estimates and may vary with the courier and your location.
Order cut-off
Orders paid by 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are packed for the next dispatch. Orders paid after the cut-off or on Sundays and holidays go out in the following dispatch.
Returns
For damaged, defective or wrong items, message us within 3 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We cover the return shipping and will replace the item or refund you. We don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size chart before mining.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent via GCash or bank transfer to an account under your name within 3 business days after approval.
